Just a couple of quick things. First of all, I got it wrong on the whole thing about the election. The votes will still count in all 50 states, just that the Associated Press will only focus on surveys in 31 states. My apologies.
Couple of college football thoughts: How bad does a conference have to be when a school coming off one of the worst scandals in NCAA history will likely win at least 6 games and probably more?
LSU lost their undefeated season, and depending on what happens next week might lose a lot more in the coming weeks. Next week's game with South Carolina will be a huge swing game in their season. If they lose that one, they may not even make it to Alabama with a chance to do anything.
Oklahoma came up big in Lubbock today. Depending on what happens tonight in Austin, who knows if Texas will be the one with momentum going into next week's Red River Rivalry game.
